A young female employee assisted me, but all I received was a screwdriver! I was left hanging while she and her colleagues chatted away, completely ignoring me. I ended up changing the battery myself, and not a single employee checked in to see if I needed help or even to process my payment. It's disappointing, especially when you consider that a customer who may buy something cheap today could return for more expensive products in the future. A customer is a customer, after all! This is horrible and inattentive service for a business. I will not be coming back!

Por más que le explico el vehículo y lo que necesito y les explico que no creo que sea esa, dicen esa es la que me sale en sistema que le corresponde a su vehículo y me han hecho dar más de 5 viajes a ese lugar por que nunca me dan el producto que corresponde. El servicio al cliente es pésimo también solo lo que les interesa es vender no atender al cliente.
