Why they had offered to ignore the customers at advance autos on the telephone. As a former employee at advance autos are policies to pick it up within the second ring I really hope the management manages their employees and their policies to attend to the request of the customers that are their boss.

When I went back to return them, the store refused to give me a refund and only offered a replacement. I didn’t want another one because I didn’t trust the product to work any better.
