  Employee had a great attitude and excellent customer service skills. I purchased 2 wiper blades for my mom’s vehicle. The employee offered to install the wiper blades and did so in less than a minute. It would have taken me ten minutes but he was quick. My mom is 89 years old and couldn’t believe the customer service we received. Thank you, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but it was on April 20th, 2026 at about 6:30 pm.

  Helpful service. Too many customers throw empty oil containers and old parts in the parking lot.

  Had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Daniel (store manager) and Ricardo. They really went above and beyond helping me with a tricky battery replacement—not just advice, they actually took the time and care to get everything done right. Daniel even called the dealership about a broken fuse and drove over to pick it up himself. That kind of dedication and customer focus is rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. Huge thank you to both of them—I’m so grateful for the help and kindness. Amazing service all around!

  Was able to buy a new battery and get it installed within 15 minutes. The employee that helped us was great. He did not rush and was friendly.

  The service was great, came out and help me put the light bulb to my Toyota. Knowledgeable in what he was doing. Explained everything, coming back again!
