After contacting the local store they advised they could not find the keys to my rental and would bring it over shortly. After 15 mins they stated that the car was on the way but needed fuel first. Another 15 mins a smaller suv showed up and they said the original was returned with the airbag deployed and they had no full size suv availible. We were stuck packing all our stuff into a small suv. Completely horrible experience!
