I have always used the service department and even with a few name changes at the dealership, the staff in the service department has been exceptional. Claus Nagy, service advisor is the ultimate professional. Any questions or concerns were answered in a polite and courteous manner. I always request a loaner car and upon arrival, I received the perfect tutorial on the use of a brand new vehicle. Before any service is done beyond the scope of why I brought my car in for service, a phone call is made by Claus who thoroughly goes over why a problem was found and what is needed, and what should be done to correct the issue etc. Claus is very detailed, knowledgeable and polite in all his dealings with the customer. I love the idea my car came back to me all clean and washed too! I would recommend this dealership and especially their service department with Claus Nagy as your service advisor. Thank you Elaine B
