  I truly had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was professional, easy, and efficient. My sales person, Megan Bobko made sure I was comfortable and was very knowledgeable about the different cars and features. They also were kind, understanding and made the process smooth and seamless. Would come back again.

  I took my Volvo for scheduled maintenance and truly had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organized, welcoming, and professional. Steven Osorio made the entire process seamless. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with genuine warmth, and Steven absolutely does. The service was efficient, communication was excellent, and I left feeling confident that my car was in the best hands. Highly recommend this location, exceptional service and an outstanding team.

  2nd time was the charm. Bought a car but to all of our surprise it was problematic. Without hesitation both Jay (Service) & Aldo (Sales) assessed the situation, determined it could be an ongoing issue & reversed the deal. Then when I saw another car from a sister location (thanks Tina for the assist with that), they got it for me to test drive & complete a new deal. Finally got the car I've wanted for YEARS. Truly appreciate the honesty, integrity & reliability displayed from everyone because someone without any would have done a temporary fix and sent me on the way with the 1st car. Customer service 100 out of 10. Thanks Aldo for your persistence to secure the new car.

  All praises to the most high GOD, I had an amazing experience purchasing my dream SUV from prestige VOLVO my sales person although he was wonderful customer service outstanding this was the best buying purchase vehicle I’ve made in my lifetime. Thank you for your time. Your patience and your support. This means so much to me this was a spiritual buying purchase, and it was all because of God and you were my Aldo. If you want to have an amazing experience purchasing a Volvo, I highly recommend prestige VOLVO no matter what location you go into. You’re gonna have an amazing experience even if you call the wrong number like I did a lot of times, but they still gave me an amazing you know customer support although you are the best that ever did it when it comes to selling vehicles and I want you to know I will never forget you.
