  I had a very disappointing experience at the Englewood Enterprise location. The vehicle I was given had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to drive, and the overall condition raised safety concerns. The car did not feel well-maintained, which is unacceptable when you’re trusting a rental company with your safety on the road. The car selection was extremely limited, with few clean or reliable options available, and I was essentially told to “take what’s there.” On top of that, the staff seemed unreliable and disorganized; information changed depending on who you spoke with, and concerns about the vehicle were brushed off rather than addressed professionally. I expect basic standards such as clean, safe vehicles and dependable customer service from a major rental company. Unfortunately, this location fell far short. I would not recommend this branch and will think twice before renting from this location again.

  Rented a full size SUV for my daughter's graduation. The process was super effective! The process was quick and the staff was accommodating and efficient. Ive rented from them twice before, and each time has been a good experience.

  Horrible customer service, they are so rude and unprofessional I don’t recommend to anyone worse rental place I have ever been. One of the guys was extremely rude and unpleasant
