I wanted to leave a review to commend his outstanding customer service and knowledge. Patrick took the time to patiently explain how car insurance and the rental process works, which I found incredibly helpful. His explanations were clear, thorough, and showed an amazing level of expertise.

Then found a car to give me with no hubcaps on two of the tires and the tire light on as I drove off. Within 2 hours the back left tire was flat. I was advised to drive it back in the middle of a storm with the flat tire. At that point they had another car to give me. That car was picked up after 3:40 PM. I have called enterprise corporate five times in two days with no return call. I was then advised to call the manager Lee. This conversation did not go well. He was insisting that I should be charged a second day since I would be returning the car before 340p the next day. I would like to let all know that as a women I was disrespected and spoken to poorly by Lee. He went as far as hanging up on me then saying we were disconnected. In summary they put my life in danger having me drive on route four during a severe storm with a flat tire. In closing I had to be fearful to go back to the location by myself as a woman to return the car.
- BMBryan McKinnisOct 25, 20252.0Insurance said they were putting me in a premium sedan while my tesla was being serviced. Enterprise handed me the keys to a damaged/dirty 24' corolla. The employee handing me the keys said "we put you in a newer model so it has Apple CarPlay" as if that's supposed to mean anything to me. Not unique to this location but that whole speech about prepaying for gas and trying to get you to pay for damage protection is annoying. If I decline, I don't need you to tell me stories of how customers damaged the car and had to foot the bill. Almost all major CC's offer rental insurance. If you want to upsell your customers, offer vehicle upgrades. I would have gladly paid extra to be put in a better vehicle - even though that's what I was supposed to be getting from the start.
