  I recently worked with Karima, and I can honestly say she is one of the best sales professionals I’ve ever dealt with at enterprise rental car. From the moment I walked in, she treated me with genuine respect, patience, and professionalism. She made the entire process smoother and easier than I ever expected. So much better than a dealership Karima explained everything clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and never once made me feel pressured. What really stood out was how much she cared about helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and confident in my choice. Her customer service is truly six out of five stars. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to her customers. Thanks to her, what could’ve been stressful turned into a great experience.   I love this place. I have purchased 2 cars from Enterprise Car Sales and everybody has bhelpful. Very pleasant to work with and very convenient for my purpose use cars. Are in excellent shape.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mike Vasquez was an excellent dealer! From start to finish, he made the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit instead of just making a sale. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values his customers.   My experience at the Elmwood Park, NJ location was perfect. I received a warm welcome upon arrival. No pressure tactics was used. The Sales Consultant Hassan was a professional from the beginning to end. He was patient and addressed all my concerns and questions. I felt like I was part of the process. I selected the 2023 Nissan Sentra. I was given the opportunity to test drive the car. Every question was addressed about the inside, and out side the car. Hassan set up my audio system which was very helpful. The car was presented to me very clean inside and out. Looked like it just left the factory. I had a very good driving experience home. I would definitely recommend this location. Many thanks to Hassan and the entire team.

  I’m very happy with our recent purchase from Enterprise Car Sales, My wife and I love our new Tahoe. When I first inquired on the internet Anita contacted me right away; I explained her my situation, what I was looking for and my bad experiences with other dealers. I felt so confident after speaking with her, she then made me an appointment with Nedji from the Elmwood park location. I soon as I arrived here I was welcomed by Nedj with a big Hug 🤗 She also made me feel confident. They both are great sales person that understands our needs and they know what they are doing. This dealer has no hidden fees no BS. What they advertise that is what the exact price is. I was able to see on the screen everything she was explaining to me. It couldn’t be so much easier with them. Within an hour we closed the deal. I Highly recommend this dealer for its honesty and transparency.
