They told him he owed money for a damage to the car that was already there. They said that they inspect the car before every customer, and it wasn't there when they gave it to him. Luckily for my dad, I took a video of the car before he took off with it. After they fought with my dad about it, they finally stopped after the video was shown. Definitely a scam to get more money, or they are just incompetent.
