DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! my device is supposed to be off my car by now , a week later. the device is still on my car and they have charged me . i cannot get in touch with anyone but a social media specialist. he supposably put in for my final calibration and told me it takes 2 days. so i took off work to handle what is needed at the DMV, 3 days later and i have not heard or received anything from this company. on the website is says to send docs to an email? still nothing. the phone numbers they provide only allows you to talk to an automated line. this company is very frustrating. i cant believe i have to keep this device on my car longer than is should be !!!!! i am highly upset

i have been with this company for 2 months nothing but problems im in my 3rd lockout for a brand new battery just bought 2nd new battery now i have to pay intoxalock and pay service center for something is not my fault this will cost me $150 plus cost of the battery RIPOFF big time customer service are very rude and dont help out this device should have its own power i dont know how goverment let this company act like this im thinkin of taking off i wont be able to pay for this abuse noe i have to take time for for the 3rd time in 2 months please somebody in trumps administration take a look at this company this is insame !!!!!!!!!!
