  Enterprise at this location could have provided better service from point of pick up to receiving the vehicle. Provide a clean car, a car with gas, good brakes and a car with windshield wiper fluid. It’s winter and the windshield gets dirty. As I was driving on I95 over a bridge, I proceeded to use the wipers, very little fluid came out and completely smeared the windshield completely blocking my visibility. I had to come to a complete stop in the middle of the highway which could have caused a major accident. The person who picked me up came with his pants half way down his buttocks and in a very filthy car, I couldn’t even sit in the front seat. Back seats were also not clean but had to do for the ride to enterprise. It was disgusting. I had my mother and granddaughter with me. So embarrassing. The car rented to me was filthy, I told the person working there that the car was filthy with spills and dog hair all over and there was no gas in the car. He exclaimed, “we don’t have time to get gas and it’s nothing we can do about the car. I asked for wipes, he handed me four small pieces of wipes that My mother and I had to use to clean up the sticky steering wheel and dash board doing the best we could to get up most of the spills. Most uncomfortable ride to our destination after rushing to the first gas station. While driving, it’s clear that the breaks need fixing along with a noise in the tire when I make certain turns that sounds like the rotors are bad. Upon entering the enterprise Venue to pick up the rental, the venue was also filthy with garbage on the floor and over flowing garbage bin. The entire process at this location left much to be desired

  Very disappointing experience Enterprise accepted my reservation for an 8-passenger vehicle, then later called and said the car was not available. This is extremely strange, because I had already paid for insurance through Priceline and made my travel plans based on this reservation. What makes the situation even worse: I later called another Enterprise location and was told that the exact same vehicle WAS available. However, the agent at Enterprise NJ Elizabeth insisted that there was no car and did not even try to help, offer alternatives, or look for a solution.The agent was rude and unprofessional during the conversation.The same vehicle was available at Enterprise on Hylan Boulevard, but no effort was made to transfer or assist. As a result, I had to: Spend a lot of time and nerves resolving the issue myself Call Priceline on my own to cancel the insurance Deal with the fact that the Enterprise agent refused to cancel the reservation and said he would not do it. Overall, this was a very strange and frustrating location with poor customer service and no willingness to help the client. Be careful when booking at Enterprise NJ Elizabeth.

  Very fast service, I booked a bigger car but Rep said no big SUV were available and offered a smaller one mid SUV. Great service better than Staten Island
