  I had a great experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline. The service was quick, professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Andrew and Jonathon were both outstanding—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. They explained what they were doing and made the experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s not often you get customer service this good during something as routine as an oil change. Huge thanks to Andrew and Jonathon for the excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I visited this morning for a long-overdue oil change and wanted to share my positive experience. The entire team was professional, efficient, and friendly. They clearly explained the services I was due for without making me feel pressured. I would specifically like to recognize Andrew T. (CSR/Service Manager) what a GOOD guy and Kevin (TopSide) also another GOOD guy. Both were GREAT to work with and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed.   Mike, Steven, and Alanarose were kind, courteous and very quick!! Even though we came 30 minutes before close they were still very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing! This was my first time here and this will be the only place I come for oil changes from now on!

  Mark was my attendant that helped me when I went to get my oil changed at Valvoline in egg harbor township on 3/4. Mark was very attentive and made sure I knew of everything that needed to be done with my vehicle. Today was just the oil change. But today because of marks politeness and great knowledge I will definitely be back

  I love valvoline. Always nice employees and great service. I was there Sunday and just a wee bit disappointed. I was third in line waiting. A car ahead of me left that put me second in line. I already waited half hour or so. The service tech came to me and said I would be next. That that the car in the bay was paying and would be out. Well, the other tech called the car behind me in to the right bay. Then I was called into the left bay. However, the car in the bay that was supposedly paying hood was still up, and I had to wait another ten minutes. So I was okay no biggie. The second car behind me was called in as well. So the two cars behind me were bright in before me. Then they had their car was started before mine. I again had to wait. I noticed they were serviced and out before me as well , because I had to wait even longer. So I fifteen minute oil change ended up being almost an hour or so. I work two job and take care of my mother. I use my Sundays off to errands. As right now I’m unpaid federal employee still working daily. My second job I am doing the work of two and three people for my two coworkers are out on medical leaves. With that said my very little time I have I need to use wisely. That’s why I use valvoline for my oil changes. Also, I get my mother out of the house at times and can get my car serviced and not have to worry about her getting in and out of the car because she is slow. So that is a win win for me.
