    BEWARE!!!!! Rent at you Your own risk!!!! We are currently in the works of Suing this location and I’m going for attempted murder/ manslaughter. This company gave us a vehicle that only had 1 lugnut on a rear tire and we didn’t find out until we were going 75 on the Garden State Parkway. A near death experience and nearly our entire New Jersey/New York trip we had been saving for was absolutely ruined! We were stuck at a Firestone where the technician told us what was wrong with the tire. Then we were told by an enterprise employee at another location to to get a ride to come to them and they’d get us into another rental. After explaining that we’re visiting from Louisiana and had no way to get to them, she ordered us an uber to them. Once we got there, a gentleman and a female were in the office and the gentleman explained that there were no vehicles to give us and I couldn’t believe it because we were told to go there by a woman. So I asked the woman” are you the one who told us to come here?” And she said no. But then as I was talking to the gentleman again, the lady helped me after I couldn’t remember the name of the town……. But the name of he town had only been said on the phone, with the woman who told us to come 45 minutes out of our way to an enterprise that had no vehicles to rent to us. I called her out and all she could say was “ oh yea, I guess I did tell you that”. Then they tried to make us pay for our own uber to another location an hour in the opposite direction, but I said hell no and almost called the cops. They had an employee drive us to the other location and it was the most uncomfortable and awkward ride. After many hours and a wasted day, we got another vehicle, only to make it to New York in time for absolutely all of the places we wanted to go to were closed and we missed the sunset on manhattan bridge. We drove back disappointed to New Jersey, got on our flight home the next morning and my daughter and I practically cried our whole trip home. What the hell?! We saved up so long for this trip just to be ruined by incompetence. After attempting numerous times to talk to them on the phone, they keep passing it on to someone else and that next person always says that aren’t the person to talk to about it. They will put you and your families lives at risk and not bat an eye. That’s a different kind of corrupt and evil company.

    The staff were good but the car was dirty and smelled of smoke and weed , and the gas tank was nearly empty. If I wasn’t late for a meeting I would have gone elsewhere

    Called enterprise at ACY Airport as my flight was going to arrive later than expected, so they put my receipt in the car with the keys so I could just go to the garage and leave without having to check in/out with anyone. NOTE: When you're at any airport, make sure to get the "direct phone line" for the rental dealership so you can talk to them directly. It is impossible to talk to them through their corporate numbers as they cannot give you a direct line...just the 800 numbers which will not work.

    The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Even though I did not schedule an appointment or reserve a car ahead of time, he got me a car within some minutes of getting to their office location. The car which was a sedan moved smoothly and I did not have any problems. Also, renting a car proved to be cheaper than using Uber especially if you have multiple trips to make. Thank you Enterprise for helping me achieve a memorable weekend!
