- NRNicole RNov 12, 20251.0If I could give no stars I would. They are ignorant and sneaky. They have you sign the tablet and they don’t show you anything that you’re signing for. They do not tell you about all the hidden fees or extras at the time of getting a rental. You don’t know until you get your bill in the mail or see it on your transactions on your credit/ debit card statement. When you call to try to figure things out, their employees hang the phone up on you like you’re nothing to them. I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH ENTERPRISE AGAIN. In all honesty I would rather walk than deal with them to rent a car ever again. Worst experience I have ever dealt with and I’ve been in some pretty bad situations.
