  Went there and waited in line with two other people all the help was in aisle talking and ignoring customers I even said something and the guy working there just looked and continued to ignore customers i finally threw my purchase on counter and walked out,this was at 2:30 on Thursday in case cooperate wants to know

  Luke the manager went above and beyond for me. I needed a battery and he was more than happy to install it in the rain. Anywhere else would have told me to hit the road. He was so kind and helpful. We need more people like Luke. Auto Zone you are lucky to have such a great employee. Thank you Luke. You now have a customer for life. 🙂

  Luke is awesome!! He installed my new battery in the middle of a storm so I didn’t have to call out of work tonight. Give that man a raise, he deserves it!!! Excellent example of perfect customer service. Thank you again Luke, your hard work and dedication is highly appreciated.
