    This weekend, the team at Open Road Honda worked hard and showed up for my lady and I. After she picked out the vehicle she wanted- Dylan and Zach got to work and contributed an immense amount of time, going above and beyond to deliver superlative customer service, consistent with what I would consider to be the “gold standard”. Dylan had a great attitude, really easy to connect with which made the experience a lot more enjoyable, Zach took out the time to assist and provide feedback to us in real-time and Tinzen took the time out of his schedule to walk us through some of the key features on her new vehicle. From start to finish the process was worked from each angle and ultimately left us feeling really good about this big decision. Thank you all for going above and beyond. Definitely will be sending any/all relevant business your way!

    I am writing a new review because of a very unpleasant revelation recently. I bought two used cars from here, and both times my experiences with the sales people were good. We agreed on numbers, deals, and financing was a bit of challenge due to car ages. However, the second used car I bought (HOnda CRV 2009) had an issue with suspensions from the day 1, which Michael agreed to get it fixed with no charge under 30 day warranty. I thought it was good to go, until recently, the issue started again and my local mechanic found that the suspensions were so badly damaged that they almost were tearing INTO THE TIRES! I was minutes away from a catastrophic accident. It's clear that Open Road Honda took a cheap way out and only mitigated the issue but did not actually fix it! On the new car department. I came here under two different circumstances: 1) First time I talked to look two different CRVs last year, but the salesperson kept pushing for one model over another when I had a very clear preference. I walked out because the guy was getting annoying. 2) second time I walked in, this time for my mother, the woman had no idea what models came with what accessories, kept walking back and forth with her superior to ask minute details, and refused to let us take the quotes with us. We also never got to see a CRV we wanted to look at. She also called the preowned sales people "weird." Who speaks ill of their coworkers in front of customers like that? All in all, I am not going to buy a new car here, and definitely will think twice about bringing people here for the used cars.

    ​I am extremely disappointed with the service department’s handling of a safety-related tire issue on my 2024 Honda Civic. After noticing a significant sidewall bubble (with no visible impact marks), I followed the instructions on my service invoice and contacted the Service Manager via email. On April 22, 2026, ​I arrived for my scheduled tire inspection, and while the Service Manager did a visual inspection and took photos, he confirmed he could not find any signs of impact on the tire or the wheel. Despite this, he concluded the tire would not be covered under warranty and told me to contact the manufacturer myself. ​What is most frustrating is that the dealership failed to follow Continental Tires' own warranty protocols. According to Continental’s website, a servicing dealer must remove the tire from the wheel to properly inspect the internal structure and confirm the cause of the condition. This is the only way to determine warranty eligibility. The manager made this decision without ever taking the tire off the rim. ​After I insisted, he made a brief phone call to Continental and then told me I would have to pay out of pocket, offering a meager $21 discount on a brand-new tire. ​I left the dealership in a state of deep disappointment. I expected a higher level of technical due diligence and customer care from a Honda dealership, especially regarding a dangerous sidewall failure on a practically new vehicle.

    I visited the dealership yesterday and purchased my first vehicle, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The salesperson, Ronny, was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I anticipated the process might feel overwhelming, but Ronny ensured everything was handled with clarity and care. He took the time to walk me through each step, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood every detail before moving forward. Throughout the process, there were several hurdles, but Ronny remained patient and composed at all times. Not once did he show frustration or irritation. Instead, he maintained a calm, professional demeanor and worked diligently to find solutions. His ability to navigate challenges while keeping the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. In addition to his professionalism, Ronny was extremely friendly, respectful, and attentive. He created a welcoming environment that made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. His communication was clear and concise, which made the entire process efficient without ever feeling rushed. I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport, and I can confidently say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Ronny’s dedication, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference. He went above and beyond to ensure that my first car-buying experience was not only successful but also enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend both Ronny and the dealership to anyone looking for a seamless and professional car-buying experience.

    We had an excellent experience at Honda Edison with Lewez Iskaros! We would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. From start to finish, the entire process felt smooth, respectful, and genuinely customer-focused. We first met Lewez through a simple phone conversation; about available options and ability to price match. Since the very beginning he was very honest; did not play any games; and was very transparent. When we came in-person he was eager to help; good to deal with throughout the entire interaction. What stood out most was his integrity—when we presented a previous competitive offer, he matched it and was very true to his words. There was no back-and-forth drama or last-minute changes, just straightforward communication and follow-through. There were no drama / pressure or scare tactics at any point in the process. Instead, he used his real life experience to help us make the best decision for us and our family, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the most transparent and stress-free car buying experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Mr. Lewez Iskaros at Honda Edison ; he is the guy you want to enjoy this experience with!
