- EEEmerys2 days ago1.0Got a email less than 2 hours before my reservation that they wouldn't have a car for me. What’s the point of a reservation if they are just going to give the car away to someone else. Now I’m stuck here, without a car and the guy at the store was so cold and uncaring about it. Terrible way to treat a paying customer.

He’s very easy to communicate with, always willing to help, and very clear and professional in how he handles everything. He told me he would get me a van soon—and just three days later, he delivered with a cargo van. I had been trying for months to get one through the Newark location with no success, so this was a big deal. I really appreciate the effort and follow-through. I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

Had a reservation via Geico and asked 3 times for them to lmk what cars they have before they drop it off at the Geico auto body shop. Promised they would and didn’t. The hold time is always pathetically long, such a frustrating location. They could do so much better on the customer service side.

It was a last-minute reservation and she was friendly and knowledgeable and so very helpful!! She was excited and sincerely enthusiastic, regarding the vacation plans I had that included the perfect rental car! ! She truly made it an amazing start to a great vacation!!
