- DRDin R1 day ago1.0While the service itself was fine, the pricing was not. I normally pay $79.99 at the dealership for a full synthetic oil change. This location charged me $124 for the same service. When I questioned it, I was told it was because they use full synthetic oil — but so does my dealer. My car has always used full synthetic, and the dealer charges significantly less. On top of that, they tried to upsell me on a radiator flush. Eight months ago, I had my radiator replaced, which means fresh coolant was already put in at that time. Recommending a flush so soon felt unnecessary and honestly like an attempt to squeeze more money out of me. It’s disappointing when hard-working people are treated like they won’t notice inflated pricing or questionable recommendations. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. BTW, this was a desperate need for oil change on my part.

They checked everything. I need a new valve cover before I can get an oil change. I will be back after this is fixed. Thank you for taking the time to check everything!

Pretty much as soon as I drove up, Kelly came out to ask if I needed an oil change. I explained that I did and she explained to the process. After a few minutes I was guided into the bay where the oil on my truck would be changed. I spoke with all three of your employees at length about what my car needed, potential future services, and even some chit chat about a possible future car purchase and different options. They were all kind, considerate, helpful, and easy to talk with and understand. Kelly, John, and Kevin are assets to Valvoline.
