Valvoline added hidden charges and made me pay another $24 taking the total to $98. When I objected they gave me their lame excuses and unbelievable reasons. They said we charged you extra 7.99 for 0.7 quart (total 5.7 quart) as Groupon covers only 5 Quarts….. Hidden fine prints if it is true what they said. 2nd thing they added another $7.99 or similar amount saying your car (Lexus Rx 350) required a special oil filter. I see it a Lie just a typical lying tricks. Nothing of such sort was written on Groupon. I tried to bring it to their manager “Matt” attention who was not in any mood to listen. I also talked to the employee “Vishal” and mentioned that this is very unfair. He did not care either. Both manager “Matt” and Vishal were totally indifferent to what ever I said. I paid extra $24 and drove out. I am making aware all the customers to not fall in Valvoline hidden cost trap and end up paying lot more then what you paid to Groupon. It is better to go to other oil change place who don’t play these tricks and get your money on top of what you paid to Groupon. I will not go to Valvoline in future anymore. It is better to pay the right price to other shops who bill you without these tricks than to pay Valvoline extra money as they take advantage of your situation once you are in their garage

I am so happy to stopped here instead of the other place that I had appointment because there’s customer service was phenomenon if I could give them 100 stars I would very educational. I didn’t feel like I was being robbed. It was beyond my expectations. I think that all this server raise because they’re doing a great job took care of me within 15 minutes.
