- EGEugene GrayOct 23, 20251.0I can’t rate the quality of their work because I didn’t even get a chance to speak to anyone that worked there about tint options until I was already in my car. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk to speak with, luckily all the pricing information is on the wall so you can see for yourself. After 30 minutes of standing at the front desk for someone to appear I finally just get fed up and leave, as soon as I get into my car and I’m about to pull off an employee comes up to my car window and asks if I was just inside waiting, I tell him “yeah but I don’t need help anymore because I already checked the prices on the wall” he then tells me the price of the particular tint I would want and it’s just the same price I already seen, so at this point it’s unnecessary information and I was already intending on taking my business elsewhere after waiting for that long. Maybe they were having an off day but the lack of customer service definitely turned me away from getting work done here.
