I called the Menlo location for a screw in my tire and he told me to come right in as not like the Clark location which told me to come in 6 days from now which I found ridiculous since I bought several sets of tires from Clark location for mine and childrens cars. The Menlo location restored my faith in Goodyear tire center thanks to Tom B. Tom also told me that I'm due for a tire rotation and was able to accommodate me right away. What a great experience at the Meno Goodyear location. Thank you Tom B.
