My confirmed reservation for a 12-passenger van on December 29th was BLATANTLY REFUSED because, as an overseas tourist, I lacked a full-coverage US insurance policy—a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT NEVER DISCLOSED ON YOUR WEBSITE OR RESERVATION PAGE IN PLAIN LANGUAGE! This crucial detail is not available to the renter, especially when booking specialty vehicles. ​Counter agent Miranda Delisa delivered this devastating news with utter disregard, refusing to address me directly while pacing back and forth at 7:30 AM. Furthermore, when I questioned the policy, one of the two gentlemen working in the back came forward, took an aggressive stance, and spoke to me in a high-pitched, intimidating tone, stating that they could and would do nothing else. ​Despite my offer to purchase ALL available supplementary insurance and having American Express Platinum coverage, your staff's unprofessionalism and aggressive conduct left us stranded. This refusal and behavior forced us to CANCEL our pre-booked ski trip, costing us SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS in non-refundable tickets and ruining our entire day. This constitutes a severe failure to communicate essential terms, unacceptable conduct by multiple employees, and a profound lapse in customer service. I demand a formal response regarding this misleading, costly incident, and the aggressive behavior of your staff. ​

Not only did they give me a dirty car with stains and windows dripping with whatever cleaner they used it also had a service light and to their credit “had no other vehicles to give me for the price range my insurance would give me”. Wipers didn’t even work. They don’t service their cars. Then on top of that- when I added their car to my ezpass they billed me an additional $900 for the car. Despite paying tolls and everything. Scam artists. Their plate is the 1WI533

I was originally supposed to pick up at a different location, but this branch proactively called to let me know they had cars available. They even came to pick me up and had me on my way quickly. There was a small issue with the first car, but they resolved it immediately and made the entire process seamless. Their service, communication, and hospitality were unmatched. I always choose the Woodbridge Ave Enterprise because no other location comes close. Highly, highly recommend!
