It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely feels helpful and sincere, but Yuset delivered exactly that. His positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Yuset. He represents AutoZone very well!

When asked what it was he just stated we usually sell this with batteries and this was already after he charged me for it. I think they just expect people to know very little about cars and that we would just pay for it. Def did not feel comfortable buy things here.
