I always rent from the place in Asbury Park...the staff there are understanding and good to deal with. Today was my first time renting a car from the Eatontown place, and it will be the last time in my life. I pay money only to be disrespected. What a joke!....When you rent a car, you usually get in and enjoy yourself, but it's ridiculous to pay money only to be treated with disrespect and get into the car angry. That's utterly disgusting. My advice to you is: don't rent from this place. Go to Asbury Park Place if you want to be treated with normal respect And you ride in your car with happiness and generosity .

It was brand new. Without the help of enterprise and everyone in the Eatontown branch this bucket list trip for my family wouldn’t have been able to happen. It just made a lifelong enterprise customer out of us thank you the Davis family.

I live in Red Bank, but I reserve a car from Eatontown and I was told that I could get a pick up. However, when I called them to pick me up on the day of the reservation, they declined and said that could not pick me up because I was within Red Bank territory. It sounded absurd because there is no such a thing, if anything, this person was just too lazy to attend to my request as he should. Please be transparent with your service and not pick and choose what days you would like to attend your costumer. Very disappointing.
