Justin's great at watching caller ID an not picking up the phone, can't hold a reservation for a disabled person. Wants to send customer in an Uber to get the reserved vehicle, wasnt the right vehicle either. When the proper vehicle was available, it was being raced and rushed out of the vehicle leaving behind a handicap placard. When Justin could finally be tracked down he was asked to contact the next renter. Did he? Did he follow up with the customer who left it behind, no instead he just avoided it. Insurance smoothly, check your contracts, check your charges, even $60 a day coverage but they are still charging over. I was treated poorly, and this is the 2nd time this happened. I was put in touch with an area manager by the name of Salma who has also done nothing about accommodating a handicapped person. PLEASE GO TO BUDGET OR HERTZ!!! Don't condone this behavior, take your business elsewhere!!!
