I had a reservation with a confirmation that I made online. Pick up was at 10am. He called me at 930 to tell me they had no cars??!! I literally took a few hours off of work to get a rental because my car is in the shop! Thankfully the OCEAN ENTERPRISE IS AMAZING with a responsible manager and they got me into a car AND gave me a free upgrade for my troubles! Never going to eatontown again!

They picked me up quickly at the repair shop and returned me to the shop when my car was ready, no waiting, they worked on my schedule. Just a great experience. Could not have asked for anything more!
