  Been coming here for years. Great Management The team there always does an outstanding job Place is very clean and organized. Service is Fast and Affordable... Oh they will make recommendations but no high pressure sale pitch..

  Really great service! My engine oil was changed in 10 minutes, couldn’t ask for a better service overall. One thing I would improve would be if the call center aligned with the shops to accurately quote the price, I called in a day before to make sure what it would cost me, I was quoted $25 less then what I paid for. (That’s including the coupon) Overall I very much appreciated the attention to detail, the rep. (Had a slight European accent) even helped me resetting the engine oil light on my car)

  THEIR NEGLIGENCE PUT MY LIFE, MY PASSENGER, AND OTHER LIVES AT RISK. THEY LEFT MY BRAKE BOOSTER VACCUUM HOSE DISCONNECTED AFTER SERVICE. I went to this location for an oil change on April 19th, 2026. When I left, my truck’s brake petal was stuck to the floor, and required pushing down extremely hard to come to a full stop. Halfway outside the garage, I told them my brakes were not working. The female employee told me to go to Mavis Tire (car repair shop) around the corner rather than making sure everything was put back correctly. So I did exactly what they told me to do. The drive to Mavis was dangerous, I could not fully stop at the stop signs, or safely pull into a parking spot. Once idling in Mavis’ parking lot, my rpm’s started rapidly going from 700-1000 with no driver input. MAVIS TIRE DISCOVERED VALVOLINE DISCONNECTED THE VACCUUM HOSE TO MY BRAKE BOOSTER AND LEFT IT DISCONNECTED. The shop told me this hose should’ve never been touched. I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous and ridiculous this whole situation has been. I talked to a manager at this location and he seemed to take it seriously, getting me in contact with their regional manager, but offering me a 50% discount on the next oil change was useless to me because I am never going to valvoline again.   Quick and professional oil change. The staff Keegan, Joel, and Alfred were very friendly and explained everything clearly, and had me in and out faster than expected. Pricing was fair too. Been dealing with them for 2 years and will continue to go back. They also keep a track of all your oil changes and anything else like a filter change. They give you a printed copy of everything that was checked while doing the oil change. Great experience and service. 👍👍👍

  I want to share my bad experience at Valvoline. I took my car (2020 Honda) in for a simple oil change. The vehicle was in perfect condition, with no warning lights or issues at all. However, immediately after the service, as I was leaving, several warning lights came on and the car started to malfunction (jerking). I went back to the location so they could check what happened, and they told me it was a battery issue. They replaced the battery, but the car continued with the exact same problems and warning lights. Then, instead of providing a real solution, they told me the car is “old” and that I should take it to a mechanic—which makes no sense since it’s a 2020 Honda and it was working perfectly before I arrived. What was most disappointing was the manager’s attitude. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve the issue, he was unprofessional and laughing with a group of employees while I was trying to get answers. They basically left me there talking to myself, with no support and no solution. Very bad experience. I do not recommend this place due to their lack of professionalism and accountability.
