  It is very rare that I take the time to write a negative review, but don't go here. I took my car in a few weeks ago for a new catalytic converter and I deeply regret it. The short version: they sent me home with a check engine ligh on, had to come back because the car almost overheated. After that "fix", had to have the car towed (somewhere else) bc the engine almost seized because there was a new oil leak, and then had to get it fixed elsewhere again because fumes were leaking into the cabin. Turns out they installed the catalytic converter incorrectly. Sent a complaint email to Mavis HQ and they didn't even bother replying.

  This is my third visit here in just one month, and I wanted to say that even though I’ve left a review before, they truly continue to impress me. Every time I come in, they immediately take away the stress I walk in with. They explain everything clearly, quickly, and efficiently, and the customer service is honestly outstanding. I’m so grateful I was able to stop in to check on something that had been worrying me, and it turned out to be nothing after they looked it over right away. Over the past few weeks, they’ve helped me through several stressful car situations, and I just want to say thank you; you all are amazing. If I ever need anything else for my car, this will absolutely be my first stop. The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to break things down if you don’t understand. I highly recommend them to anyone — just be sure to book an appointment. 10/10 service. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs

  This was my first time at Mavis. I went in based on a family member's recommendation. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. My car was ready sooner than I expected which is good and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely come back again when needed.

  Stop by on a Sunday after getting out of church realizing I had a flat tire on my car. Expecting it to be completely packed and unavailable. The first person I interacted with was Shakee who could not have possibly been any more gracious and patient. They brought me in right away and I worked with Victor who was able to get the entire job done from start to finish in under 30 minutes. Absolutely recommend them incredible attitude, very welcoming, and excellent service totally recommend and plan on coming back for any future challenges.

  Worst place to buy tires. They never keep up there end of the warranty if tire is damaged or to plug the flat.This location always has an excuse there not to plug tire or they try to sell you a new tire at a reduce rate. Customer service is horrible and rude especially the guy with the messed up grill behind the counter. Also mind you I went to this location 3 times to get my tire fixed same excuse each time to bust come back another day mind you it takes 5 minutes to plug a tire.Don't waste your money here.
