The customer service is superb. We had the pleasure of working with the branch manger, Dani Okai and his team, Adam and Zechariah. Dani was warm, friendly, professional and came towards us every step of the way. Adam made it possible to bring back the car in an easier way as to alleviate some potential complications. Zechariah was so wonderful, helping us with the return, as well as driving us back to our location. During the ride back home, Zechariah and I had a wonderful conversation about gratitude. What a bright young man! It was wonderful hearing his positive outlook and experiencing his wisdom through words and views. Thank you Zechariah. But it is not only their actions. Yes. Most services are part of what branches need to do. But rather, it is the manner in which they addressed every aspect of the rental. You felt that they were on your side and very willing to go out of their way to make you fully comfortable and satisfied with everything. Kindness! Warmth!! Knowledge!!! Professionalism!!!
