  I was reserved a car through my insurance that was supposed to be 100% paid for by my insurance!!! I got to the enterprise & they informed me that the car that was initially reserved for me needed an oil change, so I waited for a little over an hour until they could find another car for me. While waiting, the enterprise representative went through all the different types of coverages and plans with me and asked if I would like to purchase any, and I explained to him that I dont not want to add anything that would cause me to pay out of pocket for the rental. The enterprise representative understood and told me that my insurance would coverage 100% of the rental (that is also stated on the rental agreement that he printed out for me.) He then explained that I would only have to put a $150 deposit down, that I would receive back once I returned the rental. I returned the vehicle on time with no damages on 01/29/26. It has since been a month since I returned the rental, & not only have I not received my deposit back, but enterprise charged me an additional $118 to my card. This is exactly why I was hesitant on even getting the rental in the first place because I didn’t want to get hit with any extra charges. If I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket for anything, I would not have picked the rental up on the first place!!

  My car was in the auto shop for repairs so I rented a Volkswagen Jetta (late model). The coolant notification keeps coming up on the monitor and the check engine. I notified them about it and they told me that the car was ok. The said that other customers had the same complaints. I was puzzled as to why would they keep renting out this car if they had previous complaints about it. I was hoping and praying everyday that it wouldn't breakdown on me. All the seats had a lot of soil substance marks on them. I had to put bed sheets from my home on them while I had the car, then threw them away in their dumpster on the day I returned the car. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.
