I'm writing a second review here for Jesus Arriola, the salesperson who helped me with my Polestar 4 lease. Transparently, I used ChatGPT to write the first review. After seeing other reviews that were SO similar, it was weighing on me. Jesus was amazing. The guy really was great to work with, and he was patient. I literally spent 8 hours at the dealership taking meetings for work, and Jesus was very accommodating. We worked out a great deal, and that's only because he went to bat for me with his sales manager. And the car....my goodness....this thing doesn't drive. It floats. It's fast, packed with cool tech and features, feels solid, and it's safe. Great family car if you have one or two kiddo's. My spouse has a Volvo, and we've used Prestige for service for the past two years. Shout out to Jason in the service department as well - Great dude, always super helpful when we need to get my wife's car serviced.
Between Jesus (salesperson) and Jason (service) I've got two great people I know I can rely on when it comes to our vehicles.
Go see these guys. And FWIW, Jesus did not ask me to re-write this review. My conscience did, because he treated me with respect, and he deserves the exact same treatment from me. Jesus - you're the man. Thank you!

I take my and my wife's vehicle here all the time as they accommodate even have before without an appointment, but the last time I really needed service, there was an unforeseen circumstance which prevented me from scheduling an appointment but I was turned away by the rep behind the desk. The person was so cold and rude. So I started to call around and Bridgewater Volvo were able to accommodate even though they too were fully booked. It was out of the way but I really needed this done. We purchased our vehicle here and always get our service done here. I'm not sure if I'll come back to Prestige.

My wife and I visited a Volvo Prestige dealership at 285 State Route 10, East Hanover, NJ 07936 to explore available options, and we had the pleasure of working with John Uy. From the beginning, he was professional, respectful, and attentive. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, a reliable vehicle that I could enjoy long-term and guided us accordingly without any pressure.
John introduced us to a pre-owned vehicle that had just arrived with very low mileage. Although we were short on time, his clear and honest communication gave me confidence in moving forward. I can’t recommend John at Prestige Volvo enough! I was looking to lease a car from out of state and was a little nervous about the whole process—paperwork, logistics, delivery, you name it. From the very first call, John made everything feel effortless and stress-free.
He walked me through every step of the lease, answered all my questions (even the ones I asked multiple times), handled all the out-of-state coordination perfectly, and even arranged delivery of the car straight to my door. The entire experience was extremely seamless from start to finish—no surprises, no headaches, and no unnecessary back-and-forth. He truly went above and beyond to make it convenient for me.
