The employee struggled to remove my glove box and scraped the plastic and even broke some plastic off. It was not replaced properly and there is a gap now. I was there for over 40 mins when I went for a quick oil change. I told the employee to put my glove box back while he was struggling to remove it and he said he needed to check the filter because it is “part of the service.” However, they did not do this to the vehicle next to me and he was in and out in 15 mins. I will not be returning here.

La mujer era pésima solo me dijo llama a tu seguro de auto que de nosotros no es la culpa. Rompieron el relaje y ni siquiera pudieron hacer su trabajo y solo culparon donde lleve ante mi auto.

Since my Subaru oil filter is on top of the engine I could see your mechanic as he tightened it with the wrench multiple times. This can damage the gasket and filter. Some retraining is needed before someone's car is damaged.
