My mechanic changed the brakes on them and said a bubble formed on the inside of one and that they still look very new so I should contact the seller. I called the shop and was told, since I did not buy the warranty, they would not even inspect the tire for defects. He assured me that since it had been so long it could not possibly be a manufacturing defect— it was from potholes. He never asked how much it had been driven since the purchase. Waste of money for bad business practices.

But tonight In particular, I got a flat tire on my way home in the evening luckily they were open late and had availability to fix it on the spot! The staff was SUPER kind, and helpful. I truly felt like I didn't have to worry about my tire/if it was fixable, or worry if I was going to get charged a crazy price (some places take advantage- but not here)! They were so kind, honest and helpful. Shout out to Mark and John who were the two gentlemen that helped me this evening-- they were great!
