The staff here is super friendly and helpful, Johnny and Marc were absolutely the best. The gentleman that fixed my tire was also we nice and professional, he didn't just fix my flat, he filled all my tires to the correct pressure. Will definitely be returning, because the service here is great, thank you guys.

I went to this shop today and the manager “RJ” immediately without hesitation said that I needed a new tire, he didn’t even come close to my car to see the tire. It’s a brand new car, less than 6 months! I only drive around town. He insisted I needed a new tire. I left and went to Pep Boys instead in Parsippany. Great service, no nonsense at Pep Boys. Save time and go straight to Pep Boys, this Mavis location in East Hanover uses deceptive practices, RJ even whispered into the mechanic’s ear then the mechanic without even looking at my car said the same thing. This is sinister behavior.
