  I had an appointment at 10:30 on Saturday for wheels alignment and when I arrived i asked the guy there when they will finish the car he told me around one hour or hour and half. I surprised when he came after 20 minutes and told me it's ready. And told me that everything is good. I asked him for a report for the wheels alignment he told me that the printer is not working. I took the car and trying it it has the same and seems they didn't do anything. You charged mev$160 for nothing. I will take it today but I see something wrong with that store 😕

  Had an alignment issue that wouldn’t get resolved by the prior Mr. Tire shop that I originally went to. So I decided to go to this location after being referred by old bridge Mr. Tire due to high costumer volume at old bridge, got here and was instantly greeted by the front desk receptionist “Rachel” told her the ongoing situation and she was very glad to help me with my issue as she was expecting me already from the referral from old bridge(another good and well respectful shop front desk receptionist at this location) No more than 20-30 minutes after bringing my car out Rachel kindly advised me about some concerns her and the tech noticed and advised me very well on how to go about the situation. But even so they still managed to get the job done and leave me satisfied with the service. Rachel is very respectful understand and very quick to relive these issue and I am glad she was the person to assist me. 10/10 experience good communication from Rachel as well as well mannered and respectful. Would definitely come back to this location for my future alignments.
