  I called looking for a tire that I needed the day of. Anthony was super helpful and was able to find the tire for me and the location where I can get it as soon as possible. The call was quick and very efficient. I was able to pick up the tire and have it installed on my car within 2 hrs of that phone call. Awesome service.

  Today I had the best 1st experience at Mavis. My tire had a slow leak, they checked it to see if it could be repaired before replacing. I was in and out within 45 min. Everyone there was so personable and helpful. I’ve been going to a competitor for years but will now be returning to Mavis for oil changes as well.

  I was visiting New Jersey this past weekend and on the way down got a puncture in my tire, they were the only place open and had the tire I needed on a Sunday so I came here. My car is a manual and no one there knew how to drive it, I work in a shop so I’m very familiar with pulling cars onto lift so I offered to do it for them so I can lessen the risk of damage to my clutch. I pull it exactly where they tell me too and leave it in gear as we do in my shop, get out and go to the waiting room. 10 minutes pass and someone gets in and starts the car and stalls it so it lurches towards them asked me to back it back up to where I had left it the first time so there was no reason to move the car in the first place. Then I had to set the lift in my own car because they were unaware on how too. Then had the audacity to ask why I’m not doing the tire change myself knowing I’m 4 hours away from home. TLDR; I had to pay to do their jobs and got no discount whatsoever. Don’t recommend going to this establishment.

  Mary and her team were very helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with the service on my vehicle. They were caring and understanding, they were patient and they listened, not once did they make me feel unwelcomed, they provided excellent customer service. I’d rate them 10/10 and I will most definitely do business with them again. They made my day. 😊

  The Mavis in East Brunswick, NJ has put new tires on my last 3 vehicles. I shop around, compare prices, and compare wait times between Mavis and other places. Sometimes, when Walmart has a sale, they'll be cheaper but they'll have a wait time of several MONTHS. When I'm shopping for tires, it's because I need tires almost immediately. Mavis always has options in stock at great prices. This last time I wanted a very specific brand and model of off road tire for my Toyita Tacoma. They didn't have them in stock here in East Brunswick but they had them the next day and the price was still very good. Today, I came in to get those tires rotated for the first time and they had it done in under an hour without trying to upset me on other services. I highly recommend this Mavis when you need tires or service. Yes, they've repaired flats for me in the past and I never had their repairs fail.
