- JZJason ZimmerNov 8, 20251.0Went here a while back and they screwed up my wife's oil change by not tightening her oil cap and all of it poured out in a day. Stupidly tried going there again today. Paid $70 for a Groupon only to be told they can't do the oil change because my Elantra is too new (year and a half old) and they don't have the specs to do it. I had to reach out to other shops to make an appointment to get the oil change done now and when I gave them my make, model and year they all said the same thing, of course we can. Also, can't get a refund for anything so $70 down the drain. The only option I was given was to bring a other car in and use the Groupon for that one, like I would ever let another person from Valvoline ever touch any of my cars. Moral of the story is, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for anything but I can understand why the quick change is enticing so if you do decide to go just be cautious, but if your car model is anywhere less than 2 years old DO NOT GO HERE they will not be able to do it.

They spent the first 20 minutes of me being there chatting in a circle. I asked for a receipt through email and they never sent it. 0/5 experience
