I'm late in writing this review but I promised the manager and staff I would. Although I feel like they took all my money. It was for a good cause and got me right on track for the harsh weather conditions we've had the last 5-6 weeks. I appreciates the managers assistance. The mechanics patience with me. It makes my life much easier with a busy schedule to know Valvoline of EB will provide, quick, honest, and reliable services

I had the best customer experience ever at Valvoline in East Brunswick NJ for my oil change, all thanks to Sarah T.! From the moment I drove in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Sarah did exactly that. The service was quick, efficient, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. Valvoline is lucky to have her on their team!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience we had at this establishment. The customer service was unprofessional and discourteous from the start. When we attempted to voice our concerns, they were brushed aside with little interest in understanding or addressing the issue.
At one point, another employee appeared willing to help and de-escalate the situation. However, he was instructed to return to the office instead of assisting us, which reflected poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, the service we received was unacceptable and disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to others.

I had a very disappointing experience at this business. The staff was highly unprofessional and rude. When we tried to express our concerns, they were dismissive and made no effort to listen or resolve the issue.
What was especially upsetting was how my dad was treated. He is not very fluent in English, and instead of being patient or helpful, it felt like they took advantage of the language barrier. The young woman assisting us was particularly rude and dismissive.
At one point, a gentleman tried to step in and help, but he was told to go back inside the office rather than assist us. That alone shows a serious lack of customer care.
Overall, the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on our experience.
