  Keyshawn the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He replaced my windshield in the amount of time he said it would take. He was able to get my inspection sticker back in without damage. He also took the time to replace my ex pass Velcro. Top notch work.

  Bad company as a whole schedule times are massive windows like 12 to 5. Then no one shows up and sends you a courtesy message saying "so we dont waste your whole day etc" we'll you already did waste my whole day 3 times. You also cant get anyone on the phone so if there's an issue you have to go to the location. Appointments at location are no better they tell you be there at one time you get there then cant see you for at least 2 hours and tell you to schedule at home because thats better. So we do that and they cant show up again. Whats the point of making an appointment. I wouldnt do business with them. Imagine something went wrong with the service if you even got that far and had to work with people when you fought so hard for them to do the service in the first place. This was supposed to be done for free through our insurance company but its not worth the time im just going to pay someone. Bad company bad business practices the help line is 100 percent automated im out and very uncomfortable with this company touching my vehicle

  Absolutely unacceptable service. I had a clearly confirmed appointment for Sunday at 8:00 AM and received confirmation emails from both GEICO and Safelite. I showed up on time, only to be told that the part was not available and that my appointment was “actually” scheduled for February 9th — which is completely false. The receptionist claimed they had called me, which is a lie. I never received a call, voicemail, text, or email from Safelite. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, she was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude. Wasting a customer’s time early on a Sunday morning and then showing attitude for their own failure is beyond unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise avoiding the Safelite Glass East Brunswick location unless you want your time wasted and to be treated disrespectfully.
