  I cannot thank Rachael and the team enough at Mr. Tire in East Brunswick. NJ Manufacturers booked a tow for me and my car never showed up at Mr. Tire for a new tire. I had rode on a rim for a few miles and wanted the car towed. Rachael drove to make sure my car had not been picked up; NJ Manufacturers wasted 3 hours of my time claiming to be getting my car and the company who accepted the dispatchnever came. So, Mr. Tire's mechanic drove over and threw on my donut spare: we got my car back to Mr. Tire,.and they gave me a new tire. Talk about CONCIERGE SERVICE !! They made my day, and I made it to my event on time.

  Had an insane coolant leak coming from 2 areas on my 2011 BMW 328I. Ended up needing a new upper hose & a radiator (it cracked). It took a few hours to find the leak but it was just because they had to take parts out to get to the issue, but the manager, Santino, was AMAZING and found exactly what was wrong, so I did not mind waiting at all if it meant I was getting the best care. They have very reasonable prices and are just overall very knowledgeable about what goes on inside your car! Most people refused to work on my car because it’s a BMW so my leak just got worse over time, and the dealership charges such unreasonable prices. Overall this place is great and WILL take care of you! (pictures below were the issues with mu car lol, but yeah no they fixed everything in literally a day!

  I had an appointment at 2pm for a flat tire. I end up replacing it due to the location of the puncture. They were faster and very efficient! Thanks

  So I dropped my car off with some headlights I'd bought separately and told them I needed my headlights replaced. I was invited to wait, declined, told it would take less than half an hour to repair, and went home. Four hours later, after being unable to contact them about my car's status, I returned to find out the car had been fixed for some time. Apparently, the correct answer to "Why did we not get a call saying our car was done?" is "I'm busy". No apology or anything. Just 'I was busy'. Save the stress and go somewhere else.

  Service was good but the extra 400 charge for the 2 tires was excessive and actually included a 24.47 charge for basic profit to the store for just sitting there ! No clean up was needed as no coffee or snacks were provided! It was an added insult to injury to pay that charge for nothing offered to the customer! Shame on them for adding it ! In addition, the tires didn’t appear to be all weather as I got stuck on the ice on our driveway with no traction!
