  Had an issue earlier in the year that went in to get work on and a concern in relation to the work that was done , I called to see if it could be looked at but turned out to be not the same issue and the mechanic or technician tried it assist me and helped me by resolving it issue for even though it might be temporary,. Thank you guys

  The evening of December 23 I hit a pothole which left me with a flat tire. My run flats did their job and got me home that night. I started to call the dealership and other shops to see if anyone could help me get it fixed. The earliest anyone could promise was Dec 25. Early on Christmas Eve, I figured I’d try calling a few more places. Monro was the first place I called, a little before 8 am. Tony said he’d have to order the tire and it would take a few hours to get it but he’d have me on my way later that day. He and his team gave me a detailed estimate when I got there via AAA to drop my car off. They got it fixed earlier than the time estimate they gave me. And, since I didn’t need an alignment the actual cost was cheaper than the estimate. The last time I needed a new tire I took it to a chain competitor who told me they’d have my tire in a day and it literally took them 4 days to change my flat. Tony and his team sourced my tire and got me back on the road the same day — and they did it for a cost a few bucks cheaper than expected. They are officially my new source for tires when I need them.

  Car brought in for service 3x. Got stuck on side of the road after they serviced car 2 x. Car never fixed after being charged double. I had to bring to another place who was professional explained everything fixed what Monro did not diagnose or fix. When I called from the side of the road less than 4 hrs after picking up my car the manager would not get on the phone he refused. Incompetent poor customer service. I could provide documentation.

  I called and made an appointment to have four tires mounted and balanced. I was quoted a price of $34.99 per wheel over the phone. When I arrived at the shop I was told it would be over $60 a wheel because of the size. When I was making the appointment I provided the make and model of the car as well as this tire size and still received a quote of $34.99 per wheel. The gentleman who met me at the counter did not offer to honor the price I was given over the phone so I left.
