Meanwhile, he was straight up lying. So, I tried Mavis. I found out I needed way more work than I realized; but I had JUST had an oil change and rotation at the mansplain place and they didn’t say a word about my tires. Meanwhile, Mavis showed me how dangerously worn the treads on my tires were (with the actual instrument). It was right before Christmas and an unexpected expense, so they worked with my budget best they could. I had to go back for the alignment (couldn’t pay for everything before Christmas), and they gave me a coupon which I didn’t expect. I also love the fact that Mary is in charge. Being a woman and seeing so many male mechanics try to make women feel stupid, or the bs they try to get you to pay for because they think you don’t know- it’s refreshing.
