They asked me what the problem was, what my zip code was, what my address was, and what tire I was referring to. They checked the tire, and it was in stock. They started replacing one tire, and I repeat, one tire, which took 1.5 hours. For the first time, the American company Marvick replaced a tire in 1.5 hours. I rate their customer service as disrespectful. You stole at least one hour of my life. I rate the service and replacement as the worst I've ever experienced. Never visit Marvick East Brunswick again, Caesar.

That’s a serious issue for any vehicle. On top of that, customer service is extremely poor. When problems were brought up, DJ was rude and dismissive, showing no effort to help or take responsibility. There are much better and more honest auto shops out there. I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

That alone is a huge red flag and feels dishonest. Customer service is terrible, and DJ is the worst part of it — dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in resolving issues or treating customers with respect. I do NOT recommend this shop if you care about your vehicle, honesty, or basic customer care.
