At enterprise I reserved a car several months in advance for pick up on December 27, 2025 as my husband and I were traveling to Disney for New Year’s with our grandson. This was a very important family vacation and my children were meeting us there when I arrived to pick up the car. The gentleman at the counter simply told me they had no cars available and said sorry that was a no solution no assistance no accountability. This is completely unacceptable. If a car is reserved months ahead of time it should be honored reserving a vehicle and then being told none are available is false advertising, and shows a total lack of respect for customers time and plans because of enterprise’s failure our vacation plans were severely impacted. I am disgusted by how casually this was handled and will think twice before ever using or recommending enterprise again.

You make a reservation well in advance for a specific vehicle, and when you arrive on the day and at the exact time of the reservation, they tell you they'll see what vehicles they have available—vehicles completely different from the type you had reserved. And if you don't like what they offer, they simply don't care and cancel your reservation.
