    They are open until 12AM midnight. They do a free check up if any lights come up in your car's dashboard like engine check light. Quick & professional folks. Date or service is Feb 20th, 2026.

    I had an amazing experience at this location thanks to Bryan. He was amazinggg. He provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my windshield wiper fluid and wipers in this horrid cold weather. And while he did it he had a great attitude, was very knowledgeable, and gave me helpful insight instead of just rushing the sale. I even tried to offer him a tip and he politely declined, which says a lot about his character. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and professional.

    I had to call Customer Service to file a formal complaint with this location and am having the District Manager call me back. I am 39 and a half weeks pregnant and called this location in advance the day before to confirm that there will be an employee to help install the new Car battery that I purchased at their specific location. Today once I got the email that stated the product was ready for pick up I was told there is not enough staff to help do the install. I don't appreciate confirming something yesterday and now being told something completely different. If staffing is this big of an issue at Auto Zone locations the District Manager needs to fix that. I understand if there is only one employee running the store they cannot leave. I cannot lift a 12V 30-50lb battery and I feel this is a service limitation that disproportionately impacts pregnant customers. I would appreciate this staffing issue be addressed so this doesn’t discourage customers from coming to Auto Zone in the future.

    PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! PLEASE GO to a REPUTABLE MECHANIC to install your battery. Yesterday I went in to get a new battery installed and everything seemed ok when I left. All was well until over 24hrs later when my car shut off mid drive (every single thing in the car turned off including headlights, dash board, etc). Luckily 1 second later my car’s alternator kicked in and got me home. When I got home a few minutes later I shut the car off and boom, dead. I opened the hood and it turns out the autozone employee installed it incorrectly as the positive terminal was SUPER LOOSE. I was going 40mph when this happened, so it wasn’t like I was going slow. It was honestly terrifying knowing I was going 40 and my car was OFF.I am very lucky that I was not on the NJ Turnpike because this is a severe situation. I just replaced my alternator a month prior, so I am also very lucky my car got me home in time. I would say it’s a good place to get parts, but I wouldn’t let them touch my car again. My friend who sold me my car and is from a reputable repair shop said this is a lawsuit waiting to happen and a very severe situation. I would’ve went to him, but he’s over an hour away. I’m very disappointed, especially since I gave what I could to tip the employee who did it. :( I will be contacting higher management once shop is opened, as it’s very late as I’m writing this.
