  They make me waste my time ans make so angry. What a joke is this place. I was looking for a housing thermostat for a 2020 jeep cheroke at last minute no body in my town have this part at the moment. So I was refer from another autozone that this store had the part in stock. So I called them to make sure they have the part and when I asked to verify that they really have the part one of the employees said I have it on my hand. Then I said thet I was on my way to pick it up. I drove one hour to get the part and when arrive to the store sorprise they told me they didn't have it. I was spechlees. I was so upset and after 25 minutes waiting because they never find the part. One of the employees told me that the thermostat housing was already sold to somebody else. What a joke!!

  Was struggling to get some headlight bulbs replaced and Paula was absolutely a godsend. Absolutely earned us back as repeat customers (assuming we ever run into some more car problems, which I sure hope not!)

  I went to see about the checked engine light and had the privilage to meet Kiko. He took a look at the hood to see if theres anything visible in engine and fluids. Kiko was knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to maintain my 2006 Toyota Camry which he said is in mint condition. Thank you Kiko for your assistance.

  Hit or miss with this place sometimes they say they have the part and when you go to pick it up they say they are out of stock or cant find it . Like today I was told they had the part in stock and put aside . I get there 20 mins later to pick it up they sold it to someone else

  The manager, Sammy he told me his name was locked the door 10 minutes early today and then went and hid in the back. I knocked for 10 minutes because i desperately needed this part and to complete a job tonight. After knocking for 10 or so minutes he finally comes out at 12:00 on the dot and tells me the store is closed. I then explain to him through the door that i’ve been standing outside for 10 minutes and he lies and says, “no, i just locked the door a minute ago.” A complete lie. I literally saw an employee leave early as i was pulling in. If you are not going to close at a designated time do not post on google and the front door stating you will remain open until said time. Completely unprofessional and ruined my whole night. I came from Princeton to this Autozone because it was the only one that would be open. I made the 35 minute drive and arrived on time just for a Lazy Bones to close the store early. I’m currently still outside at 12:17 and he is still in the store. hiding. if you were going to remain in the store for this long after you could have just opened up for me and made a quick sell. I already knew what i wanted and had a part number on hand. it would have taken less than 5 minutes to serve me.
