  The manager, Sammy he told me his name was locked the door 10 minutes early today and then went and hid in the back. I knocked for 10 minutes because i desperately needed this part and to complete a job tonight. After knocking for 10 or so minutes he finally comes out at 12:00 on the dot and tells me the store is closed. I then explain to him through the door that i’ve been standing outside for 10 minutes and he lies and says, “no, i just locked the door a minute ago.” A complete lie. I literally saw an employee leave early as i was pulling in. If you are not going to close at a designated time do not post on google and the front door stating you will remain open until said time. Completely unprofessional and ruined my whole night. I came from Princeton to this Autozone because it was the only one that would be open. I made the 35 minute drive and arrived on time just for a Lazy Bones to close the store early. I’m currently still outside at 12:17 and he is still in the store. hiding. if you were going to remain in the store for this long after you could have just opened up for me and made a quick sell. I already knew what i wanted and had a part number on hand. it would have taken less than 5 minutes to serve me.

  Great auto parts store that was thankfully open nice and late until midnight. The only one in the area that was open that late to get a new battery for my car. Had an early morning appointment so needed the battery with car dead at 10pm. They had my battery size in stock and popped in with the old battery so I can get the core discount. Staff helped me right away and gave me my new battery and I was on my way. Be sure to check online that they have your battery size in stock. Battery price was on par with other shops and how expensive batteries are now for cars. I was also able to grab a pack of nuts in the size I needed because I accidentally dropped one from my battery tie down bracket in the bottomless abyss of my engine bay. They have a super helpful bolt and nut sizer thing that you can test fit the bolt and get the proper nut needed. Overall, glad I have a late night auto parts option in my area when needed.

  Derek H. was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me out and even came to my car to make sure everything was taken care of. He was so patient and kind, explaining things in a way that made sense even though I’m not super knowledgeable about cars. It can be stressful going to an auto store, but he made it a really positive experience.
