  Went in to change my signal light and was sold the wrong part. The different manufacturers mattered to my car. The general manager Sammy on duty was very dismissive, rude and not helpful. Expected him to know a little bit more or to be more respectful and receptive to the customer. The young gentleman (cashier) did his best to help me out. I was able to find the right part myself, despite the incorrect information from the manager on duty. I am very disappointed in Autozone. Rudeness is one thing but dismissiveness and lack of knowledge of something as simple as a signal light is another thing. Very disappointed.

  Always a great experience here. The guys are super helpful, actually take the time to explain things, and make sure you get the right parts. Quick service, definitely my go-to spot.

  Absolutely the worst parts store in the area. The line is always out the door and there’s 10 employees just standing around watching. The parts are usually damaged in the box. None of the little girls working there know anything about cars so they can’t find what you need in the computer and 3/4 of the store doesn’t speak English. The girl literally mispelled DEF. Tells me everything I need to know. Went back there today after at least 3 years of refusing to go there because of those reasons and of course it’s the same thing as usual. They’re the only store who had the DEF part I needed and sure enough it was broken in the box. And naturally it was the only one they had. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation and just go somewhere else and never let them touch your car.
