I thought this store was a like a supermarket and just went directly to another shelf behind the one loaded with car batteries to look for the item (I didn't see sign that customers cannot enter or I missed the sign). Suddenly I heard a loud voice "Hey Hey Hey, you shouldn't be here". I saw a tall staff in his 40s or 50s approaching me and chided that you should be patient and wait before the cashier. I felt very uncomfortable as I did nothing wrong. I asked for help from another young staff who found the item for me. I left the store immediately after I paid the item.
