    It was a Saturday only one employee at first then a second one came within hour. But I was actually told wrong information so had to take a Uber up and back twice almost a third time due to wrong information given. Over the phone and then during conversation there so once I got back and they said they would not accept the bill for proof of address. I explained to employee that his other employee gave misinformation so they accepted. But there were so many disappointed people in there pissed off due to misinformation. They need more employees and more informed employees.
