THE DEALER THEN SOLD THEM A DEMO CLAIMING IT WAS A 2013 MODEL YEAR HOWEVER, WHEN THE VIN WAS RUN IT WAS FOUND THAT THE CAR WAS A 2012 MODEL YEAR VEHICLE. IF IT HAD HAPPENED TO ME I WOULD HAVE CHARGED THEM WITH "UNJUST ENRICHMENT" AND HAULED THEM INTO COURT FOR FRAUD.
