Although Kia was my first choice as I've had a great experience as a soul owner for over a decade, I was so disappointed by our car buying experience. From the beginning of the appointment we were mislead about features of the car, which was off-putting to me, but I understand they wanted to sell the model they had in stock. What was a deal breaker for me was that we wanted to get a monthly quote with our credit tier and down payment factored in so we could make an informed decision, but we were only given a rough range despite asking multiple times - I could have figured out a rough monthly price within $100...what we needed were exact figures. We went in the the 27th of February, needing to make a decision within days because I had a baby coming and we were very serious buyers who had researched and saved and were prepared to buy, and just were not treated as such. We ended up going to Wayne Subaru where they the same day could give us exact monthly quotes etc and we ended up buying that day. I'm not sure what was going on, but it's frustrating to be a motivated, excited car buyer and not even be able to get a straight number from a salesman when we had all the information to give to help them give us an accurate quote. I still love the Kia brand, but I will not be back to this dealership, and obviously won't have the chance to be a Kia owner again for quite some time as I ended up investing in a Subaru instead.

Anthony is a scumbag salesperson and they’ve been harassing me and calling me for months about cars after I told them I’ve bought one and to stop calling repeatedly. Go to the one in North Brunswick and do yourself a favor. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
