    I really appreciate the way Danny Cruz treated us. We were looking for the Civic Hybrid. He explained everything between financing and leasing to help us make an informative decision. He was straight forward no B.S. and showed us and answered every question. Told us even the tactics other car dealerships use to increase the price on the car with add-ons. I strongly suggest to wait and have him for your car salesman.

    This is the second time I leave my car for maintenance on a weekend, am told I will get a call as soon as the car is ready (just an oil change- and left it at 9am), and I never get a call, resulting in having to stress to find a way to get to work Monday morning. If I am told I will get a call back, I expect to get a call back. And if for some reason the car will not be ready by end of day, I at least expect a courtesy call letting me know the car won't be ready. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to call to follow up on my car's status and find out the place is already closed for the day, without receiving as much as a courtesy call to let me know it wont be ready. This will be the last time I bring my car here. Communication is key in business and doesn't seem to exist at Joyce Honda Service dept.
