If I am told I will get a call back, I expect to get a call back. And if for some reason the car will not be ready by end of day, I at least expect a courtesy call letting me know the car won't be ready. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to call to follow up on my car's status and find out the place is already closed for the day, without receiving as much as a courtesy call to let me know it wont be ready. This will be the last time I bring my car here. Communication is key in business and doesn't seem to exist at Joyce Honda Service dept.
