My oil changed ended up being my transmission fluid getting drained. I was going to be inconvenienced out out of a car for 2 days because on the manager could fix the issue. The manager Hector did everything in his power to not fix the issue the same day. His blatant disrespect over the phone left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m the customer I shouldn’t have to be constantly reminded that you’re going to fix my car on your day off. I hope Hector finds a job that doesn’t require communication with people because it’s not his strongest suit.
