The staff were very helpful, and the service was extraordinarily efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. This is at least my third visit to Mavis. Two of the services were performed at no charge (much appreciated). Another service was a flat repair that a neighboring tire shop refused to do, obviously trying to sell me a new tire. My overall impression is very good, and I intend to keep returning to Mavis for excellent service.

Charged me for alignment and didn't even touch...as a matter of fact it doesn't seem like the average mavis employee even knows how to adjust alignment correctly. See good tire prices online but when you get there they tell you why you shouldn't get those cheaper tires as they are possibly defective. For some reason, if you're just getting front tires, they will take off your back wheels and examine your rear brake pads. That time could've been used to actually adjust my alignment. You can tell they don't know what they're doing.

The plastic protective guards under the engine had been pulled loose by a bolt sticking out of a concrete parking curb and were hanging down almost to the ground - impossible to safely continue far on my journey without a quick fix. Someone kindly referred us to see Justin at Mavis Discount Tire on Rt 130 in Delran. We did just that and without hesitation within minutes Justin assessed our situation and had our Mustang up on a lift in an open bay and was doing the necessary repairs himself! Ten minutes later we drove off with our Mustang as good as new!! A HUGE thank you to Justin and the Mavis team for kindly and efficiently serving us and bailing us out of our predicament - without charging us a penny!! Excellent service and customer care!
