I recently purchased a truck on 6/5/25
It has been an awful experience Due to Lack of response from customer support. Purchasing the truck was not the hard part , everybody answers your questions and responds until the deal is sealed , then they can care less about assisting you. They don’t stand by what is advertised on the Penske site regarding the condition of the trucks ie: level 1 , Level 2 …. DONT BE FOOLED
The worst part - i haven’t even had truck one full month yet with my first Payment due / rapidly approaching and the commercial vehicle has had 2 major break downs
Support doesn’t reply, sends you in circles , half responds to emails . The mechanics have seen my truck and claimed to have fixed the problem only for the issue to happen again , immediately after picking it up !! And it wasn’t a small problem either , it’s actually the engine . A major problem
I’ve asked for reimbursement due to having to get a rental to keep a float - this has taken more then 2 wks to be reviewed and i am still back at square one with a truck that does not function at all , and a ton of rental invoices to keep my business afloat . Disgusting !!! Buyers beware

I Recently bought a truck for my plumbing company. It was a 2017 Ford Tran 250 with only 60,000 miles, I had my mechanic go over it like I do every vehicle that I purchase, he did a full inspection and noticed that there was extreme carbon buildup on the cylinders, he verified it by having me come in to look at it, I sent an email to Penske customer service and a few days. I received a call stating that the vehicle was fully inspected and there was nothing wrong with it when sold.|
