I would say, 1 or 2 times out of ten, they will rent out vehicles without the updated paperwork or with worn out windshield wipers and that type of thing. So, they can tighten up at some locations, but overall, they have been very good.

When a company provides extra services that it is not obligated to share, it matters. I was very grateful to Ali for coming to pick me up on the first day of my rental period, and for bringing me back home when I returned my rental. It was nice to know I didn't have to have that worry. Nigel handled all of the details of my rental very professionally, and make sure that I didn't have to pay any more than what my insurance company didn't pick up. BTW, the next time you update your auto insurance, ask the agent how much it would cost for the Company to pay 100% of rental costs, you may find that the insurance company will agree to do so for a low additional fee. Thanks once again to Nigel, Ali, and all of the staff at Dayton Enterprise for an excellent experience.
