I stopped on my way home hoping they could fit me in to fix the barrier. Walking in I was greeted by Therry who was friendly and professional . I explained what happened and they took my car right in , explained what needed to be done. Thank you to Therry for making this painless.
- MMMattNov 4, 20251.0Buyer beware! I went at the end of September to get 2 tires put on and an alignment. When I went I knew I already had a bad ball joint and a bad rack and pinion and they did the alignment anyway. After the alignment I could not drive the vehicle because the rack was so bad that the alignment made it worse. I got my vehicle home and got the new rack put in along with the power steering. Afterwards my mechanic said I would need another alignment but I had to wait a few weeks because of the price. So when I was ready to get another alignment I needed tires again as well and when I went there they told me they could not do the alignment because my ball joint is a little loose and came back with a quote for a whole new control arm because I was told by mavis that I had to replace the whole thing. Then she tried to put my mechanic down by saying how come he didn't notice it when he did the rack and what I'm wondering is why mavis didn't notice this the first time they did my alignment because my ball joint has been bad for over a year? They did an alignment they shouldn't have done in the first place and wouldn't do it the second time because my ball joint was loose. That doesn't make any sense. The paperwork from the first alignment had no reference to my ball joint even tho it was already bad but the second time they couldn't do it because of the ball joint and tried to upsell me on replacing my whole control arm. When i had my car towed to a place my mechanic recommended I didn't even have to tell the guy who I spoke to as soon as I mentioned mavis in cream ridge he said dont go there that lady tries to get people for their money. Worst experience ever. Not only will I not be calling your store I will never use your services again you guys are criminals.

I needed an oil change and brakes, and Thierry at the front was a pleasure to work with. He kept in touch throughout the process, was upfront about pricing, and even threw in a small discount at the end - let's call it a "Jets win discount" 😉. That's right, inside jokes are clearly welcome at this location. The work was finished on time, the place was clean, and my car runs much smoother now. Thank you, Thierry and team, for making a trip to the mechanic actually enjoyable (who knew?!?). I’ll definitely be back - and I'll be passing along the same high recommendation that brought me here to begin with.
