- AAAbhijitMar 19, 20261.0This was such a disaster WITHOUT even getting an oil change. I called their number and got an estimate for my specific car (2023 Volkswagen Jetta Sport). I was also emailed a coupon by their system. I even got an actual person on the phone to verify this. And when I got there, after waiting almost half an hour, the guy told me it's European car so it will cost $100 more than the estimate and treated me like an idiot who didn't know his own car! Do they realize there are many options for getting oil change done and at the very least, they should behave with their customers with some respect?? Their automated system needs to be smart enough to understand that Jetta is a European German car and give proper estimate as well as the right coupon. These morons just lost a customer. Alas!
