They are professional, knowledgeable and quick, especially if you have a few minutes before work. Give it try if you are too busy to wait hours at the dealership.

Once inside, service tech, Melvin, was very personable and friendly and explained everything he was doing and checked to make sure I understood and was satisfied with the service. He even made sure to show me the dip stick oil level after they filled my SUV with full synthetic oil. That was a nice touch there. Commend Melvin on a job well done.

They have no problem answering questions, taking their time to ensure that you understand everything that they're recommending and that your car is being taken care of. The last time I went, there was even a small mistake that led to the service taking much longer than anticipated, and the staff was very gracious and gave me a discount. I feel bad because I actually questioned their discount and whether it was what worth the trouble, but in all the confusion they actually took off an entire service that we all had forgotten about at that point. So truly, while a little unorthodox it was a very good experience. I know that they care about the customer, and I will certainly be going back for more maintenance as needed.
