We were towed from the highway, and the Rivian service/partner that set up the reservation booked it through this enterprise , but when we arrived, there were no cars available. We were stressed and didn’t know what we were going to do. After some time, the staff here kept trying and eventually found a vehicle for us. Really appreciate their effort, patience, and willingness to help.
